Store Policy
Shelton Tactical Solutions LLC is a registered in the Commonwealth of Virginia dba Shelton Tactical Solutions.
We take pride in providing outstanding customer service but as a small, locally owned in operated business we are unable to price match big box stores and online retailers but we do our very best to be competitive.
We charge $25 + $2 background check fee for all FFL transfers.
All incoming FFL transfers must be picked up within 3 business days of receiving or storage fees may apply.
After 30 Days any firearms not picked up will be considered abandoned and will become property of Shelton Tactical Solutions to do with as we may choose.
All firearm purchases and transfers require a Form 4473 to be completed in person at our location.
We are unable to accept returns on in person purchases and all warranty claims must be made directly with the manufacturer.
On shipped items we encourage you to inspect and accept the item prior to completing the FFL transfer process as once that's complete we are unable to accept returns.
On any returns due to denial by local, state or federal agencies a 15% restocking fee will be incurred.
Shipping cost will vary on purchase by weight of item, shipping speed, and insurance options selected.
Shipping cost are non-refundable.
For special order request a deposit may be required.
Sales Tax will be collected on all purchases as required by local, state and federal laws.
It is your responsibility to know the laws in your locality and state. Certain items are restricted in certain states and those orders will be automatically cancelled.

To modify your e-mail subscriptions, please let us know by modifying your preferences in the "My Account" section. Please note that due to email production schedules you may receive any emails already in production.
To delete all of your online account information from our database, sign into the "My Account" section of our site and remove your shipping addresses, billing addresses & payment information. Please note that we may maintain information about an individual sales transaction in order to service that transaction and for record keeping.
